Tart Pie DIY Combo special for baking lovers! 

Portuguese Egg Tarts are a deliciously flaky dessert that must be baked in a very hot oven, at about 250 degrees Celcius in order to get their signature burn marks. At that temperature, the shortcrust pastry would be incinerated. Therefore, Portuguese egg tarts are made with puff pastry, which needs a high temperature to puff up. This egg tart recipe yields buttery, sweet tarts with an aromatic egg filling that gets baked until it's just scorched on top.

BBQ Chicken Pie - baking tips...

  1. Bake the pie frozen – do not thaw.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Place the pie after preheating.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for the first 15-20 minutes and then turn down to 350 degrees F until done. (The total baking time will be at least 20 minutes longer than the directions indicate for an unfrozen pie.) - The pie should look golden brown on the top and bottom once done!

P/S:: If you freeze pies after baking them, thaw them at room temperature for about three hours first. Then crisp them in a 450 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 20 minutes.

BBQ Chicken Pie
*The product to be rested in the room temperature apprrox of 5-10 minutes before use.
*Preheat oven at the baking temperature for 5min
A. If you are using OVEN, bake the product at 230 degree C, approx 40 minutes.
B. If you are using AIR FRYER, bake the product at 180 degree C, approx 20 minutes

Own Baking Egg Tart
*Do not defrost or thaw product.
*Preheat oven at the baking temperature for 5min
A. If you are using OVEN, bake the product at 230 degree C, approx 30 minutes.
B. If you are using AIR FRYER, bake the product at 180 degree C, approx 15 minutes
