Japanese Katsu Curry is made from a special blend of selected spices which gives a slightly sweet, little spicy and umami taste. It blends well when served with rice, udon, ramen, katsu and karaage.
How to Prepare :
Step 1. Sauteed in low hear ;
- Grated garlic (1g) & grated ginger (1g) : 1-2 mins
- Grated onion (6g) : Till aromatic
- Diced potato (75g) & diced carrot (1/4 stick) : 10 mins
Step 2. Add water (160g) and boil. Low heat : 10 mins.
Step 3. Add Japanese Katsu Curry stock (30g). Stir it : 10 mins
Step 4. Add salt to taste before serving.
